We are looking for a FULL TIME - W2 employee. Field/Remote techs are paid based on experience and compensated based on performance. This position is for a LOCAL TECHNICIAN

Entry to Mid Level experience is preferred for this hire. Reliable transportation is required, preferably something that gets really good gas mileage. We are looking for someone who is familiar with MOST OF the following: (does not need to be 100% of these) :

Microsoft Windows 7 – 11

Windows Server

VMWare

VPN configuration (various)

Ethernet Wiring

TCP/IP configuration

Halo (ticketing & calendar)

Printer config+ driver install

PC hardware troubleshooting and parts replacement

Building and upgrading Windows workstations

Antivirus / de-virus / malware removal

Remote support

Quickbooks

Backup software

Bomgar / Logmein/ GoToMyPC / TeamViewer / other remote support tools

Hudu

NinjaRMM

BackupRadar

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirement:

• Clean Driver’s License

Experience:

• Remote Support Software: 2 years (Required)
• Windows Desktop Troubleshooting: 4 years (Required)
• Windows Server: 2 years (Preferred)
